Indus Hospital – Jubilee Town, Lahore

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a specialized comfort cooling project at the Indus Hospital campus in Jubilee Town, Lahore. This project focused on ensuring a cool, comfortable, and tranquil environment within the hospital’s mosque, a vital space for patients, staff, and visitors.

The work involved the meticulous supply and installation of various air conditioning units, complete with all necessary copper piping and structural hanging work. This installation ensures that the Indus Hospital community can find solace and comfort, even during Lahore’s hottest months.

Detailed Scope of Work: Enhancing Comfort at Indus Hospital

Our project was tailored to meet the specific cooling and aesthetic requirements of a religious and high-traffic area like the mosque at Indus Hospital.

1. Supply and Installation of AC Units (11 Total)

We strategically selected a mix of unit types to maximize cooling efficiency and blend seamlessly with the interior architecture of the mosque:

  • 7 x 4 Ton Floor Standing Units:
    • These heavy-duty, 4-ton floor standing units were chosen for their powerful airflow and high cooling capacity, necessary to rapidly cool the large, open space of the main prayer hall.
    • Their installation was carefully executed to ensure optimal air distribution while minimizing noise, preserving the quiet, reverent atmosphere of the Indus Hospital mosque.
  • 4 x Wall Mounted Units:
    • We installed 4 efficient wall-mounted units in smaller, adjacent areas (such as the ablution area or smaller side rooms).
    • These units provide targeted, localized cooling, ensuring that every corner of the mosque facility at Indus Hospital maintains a comfortable temperature.

2. Complete Copper Piping and Refrigerant Network

  • High-Integrity Piping: The efficiency and lifespan of the entire system depend on the quality of the refrigerant lines. We installed comprehensive high-grade copper piping for all 11 units.
  • Leak-Proof Performance: All connections were professionally brazed (welded) and pressure-tested to guarantee a 100% leak-proof system. This prevents refrigerant loss and ensures the AC units at Indus Hospital operate at their maximum efficiency, reducing energy consumption.
  • Aesthetic and Thermal Insulation: The piping was properly insulated to prevent thermal losses and covered with discreet trunking or concealed within the structure to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the mosque at Indus Hospital.

3. Structural Hanging and Support Work

  • Secure Installation: We installed robust and secure hanging and support systems for all outdoor condensers and the refrigerant piping network.
  • Safety and Durability: All brackets and structural components are made from durable, weather-resistant materials to ensure the long-term safety and stability of the equipment on the Indus Hospital property.

Key Benefits for the Indus Hospital Community

This project is not just about cooling; it’s about providing essential comfort and support to a community under stress. The new AC system ensures:

  • Continuous Comfort: Provides reliable, powerful cooling, making the Indus Hospital mosque a genuinely comfortable sanctuary year-round.
  • Energy Efficiency: The selection of modern, high-SEER units means the Indus Hospital benefits from lower operating costs and a sustainable solution.
  • Tranquil Environment: Careful installation and unit selection minimize operating noise, preserving the peaceful atmosphere for prayer and reflection.

Our team is proud to have contributed to the infrastructure of Indus Hospital (Jubilee Town, Lahore), further supporting their mission to provide compassionate care.
